Rev, Just get on the Swagelok site and look for VCR fittings. You would wind up putting one fitting on the line side and another on the pump side. Between them sits a silver or nickel sealing gasket. When you crank the fitting tight, the two sides of the VCR come together and crush the gasket...

Both of those look like ferrules for a compression fitting. If repeated breakdown is required, maybe move to a VCR firming the uses a replaceable metal gasket as the sealing mechanism. You can break down a VCR connection as many times as you’d like with no performance degradation. Tony

If the idea is to hold that 1/8” tubing into the pump, would a Swagelok compression fitting be a substitute? If that barrel piece has some important function then the Swagelok would be a no go. Tony

I have an Avenge X and get constant leaks out of the Foster fill fitting. It’s a slow one but I take the fitting out; clean out the shut off valve tube; and regrease the O-ring And the leak is fixed. It appears the avenger uses the same fill fitting. You might want to check there. Tony
