Probably the seals. Send it to airgunwerks or another reputable place if you don’t want to do it yourself. As others said before the seals can be purchased on eBay from a fellow out of Canada.

My favorite air pistol, a Feinwerkbau 102 that I picked up a couple years ago.

I travel a lot for work and I go to gun shops all over the country and sometimes find some treasures to bring back. I’ve had both of these for awhile now. I need a 103 to round out the collection!

I had never chronographed my feinwerkbau ssp pistols before but I just got one of the new garmin chronographs so decided to try it out. Was surprised at the results, quite a bit faster than I expected on both pistols.

That’s awesome. I may have to scope mine one of these days.

Put a scope on my 300S. I’ve been able to stretch it out to 70 yards. Will probably try some jsb heavy pellets in it next.

Feinwerkbau dated it as manufactured in 1978 if that helps with the front sight housing at all.

Do you think my front sight is feinwerkbau? The finish inside is much rougher than I would expect from feinwerkbau. I should’ve taken a picture while I had it off but did not. I looked for an oem front sight but haven’t found one yet. I wouldn’t mind replacing the clamping pin and front...

I agree. What baffles me is why it came loose now. Here’s a picture of it a couple months ago and although not as bad it does look to protrude more on the right than it should so probably has slowly backed out over time. I’ll have to experiment annd figure out a good way to shim the barrel...

I lightly tapped it in from the left. It does protrude more on the right than I prefer. But the sight is not moving now. It did fall out from the left when I sat it down on the table. I’ve owned it for about 7 years and never had the sight off but who knows before me.

I still wonder why the grove would have that much wear but maybe it was taken on and off for shooting matches or something and eventually wore down.

I laid it on the table and the pin fell out. Iv never taken the front sight off before but obviously without the pin in place I could slide it off. The only wear I see is on the groov on the barrel where the pin is driven in and maybe some inside the front sight where it slides on. Not sure...

This is what I have. The pin just fell out. I saw the pin on eBay but was trying to figure out what caused it to fall out in the first place.

It’s the clamping pin that holds the entire front sight not the screw that holds front sight insert.

While shooting my FWB 65 last night the front clamping pin holding the front sight fell out. Just curious if this is a common wear point. Trying to figure out if the sight is worn, the notch in the barrel or the clamping pin. Not much wear on the clamping pin. I’ve had this pistol for 7...
