The reason I asked was I had talked to Mike at Flying Dragon Air Rifles and he has some in house. Will reach out to him Monday on the R7 to see if those have the gaudy logo. Back in the day the poor man's Beemans had that bold print.

Is that the latest version? The Beeman R7 part needs to be bolder, needs stand out more.

R7 ...on and off accuracy wise. Got it back from Mike Melick recently and all was good. Did these have leather seal in the early days of the Beeman? Or rather the true origin ARH's. I need to try some 7.33 that I can't seem to find in my stash. How would a bear cub from the early 80's work, like...

Tech Sight has the model for the flat top dovetail. Diana, Beeman R10, BSA etc. for those not in the know.

Nice write up Garey! I to have that same model in .22 with missing sights. I could get by with a front sight along with a Tech Sight that I do have. This really deserves to be shot. Thanks for the pellet recommendations.

Thanks for the reply. 700fps is about right for the calibre and time period. I have a 81 .177 that would benefit from a tune like yours. They are extremely well made and the quality is top shelf.

Waddcutter; How are the overall characteristics of the rifle now?

I use Hoppe's No.9 with the copper coin or tooling. Strand wire in a chuck for the hard to get at.
