yes you can feel the edges of the probe port "catching" the oring. I'll consider it normal then. Thanks.

FX feeding notchy after new breech oring

I had a good look and it's seated all the way round. To the eye no difference in height above the brass part. Took another on from the bag (got about 50) same feeling. But It might be just me not remembering what it felt like new. I'll try "massaging" it in with a box of pellets. Hope that does...

FX feeding notchy after new breech oring

Just replaced my first breech oring on my M3 with the recommended size FX specified 6.35x1.27NBR70. But loading now feels notchy. You can feel when the hole of the probe moves over the oring. Nothing to worry about? Or did I do something wrong? Regards

Great news... JSB has new offerings coming your way!!!

Nope from the box I opened the all were in great shape. They came very well packaged by Krale. (bubble wrap & box filling) Also the pellets are not crammed in their boxes, they have a foam at the bottom and the top just enough to dampen movement. no complaints. I also live in europe so no sea...

    Easy to clean pellet trap

I also wondered about that but not sure on how to start melting a big amount of lead and do it in a safe way. I have seen some pellet traps where they have melted lead into a oven tray and use it as a backstop. They only used a relative thin layer to get pretty good result. Sound was like a...

    Easy to clean pellet trap

Hi bigmike, what FPE are you at? My pellets went pretty deep into the mulch making cleaning a mess. Also getting new shredded rubber mulch is difficult in europe. Something with the shredded tires and the environment... You can get a freshly formed alternative in EPDM pellets but very expensive :(

    Easy to clean pellet trap

    Easy to clean pellet trap

That looks different from my experience. I tried that in the past but after 4-5000 pellets the jeans were shot to hell and the pellets were mucshed together with the treads of the jeans fibers. Maybe I should have cleaned the trap out a bit more . What FPE were those the jeans facing ? :)...

    Easy to clean pellet trap

Hi, I try and keep the lead in the backyard to a minimum so I use pellet traps. I had a lot of problems in the past cleaning out my pellet traps. I've had the metal traps with duct seal, the one with jeans in the box, the much version. They al were very good untill you started shooting a lot...
