I have UTG P.O.I. made in America rings on two of my Vets and UTG quick-detach on another. The qd are cheap, but work fine. I even have them on a 7.62x39 AR15. I Sportsmatch ,BKL and Eagle Vision, all good rings. Take a look at the Athlon Talos BTR 4-14x44 FFP IL. Short, light, good glass...
My poppet broke in half crosswise where the hole for the pin ends. It broke last week and I went to Talon Tunes today and Tony is out of them. I got one from Utah for $20.00 plus $7.00 shipping. Tony is now charging $40.00!!!

I have them on two BSA R10s, A HW100 carbine, a Air Arms S510 XS, a Daystate Regale and a Revere. I can afford any scope I want, but these do what I want If you are shooting 75 yard plus at small targets I would go with more magnification.
