AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Always nice to see my designs out in the wild. Looks great 👍🏻

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Unless they changed it you will get the version with two gauges. Your barrel will however also be a bit longer than the US version so that's a plus. There is nothing restricting airflow in the internals. And you can always do what user Bas (a couple of posts back) has done and replace the second...

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

The regular FAC has exactly the same power output as the more expensive carbon bottle (that weighs slightly less, nothing more). When I ordered my HP Max 45 from them it was €800,- (pre-order). The current European prices are simply ridiculous... These things are like $600,- in the States...

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

That's a €200,- upgrade you don't need. Just order the FAC and you'll be fine.

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

I'm still waiting for the original bottle adapters without the gauge as I was one of the first buyers and they promised me to fix it. But now you can order the HP MAX unrestricted (FAC) at https://aeaairguns.shop/collections/hp-max/products/hp-max Maybe you can send them an email asking if the...

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Yep, I did the same. Had some springs from a set I bought at Hornbach that fit. The people in Spain had no idea if there should be springs or not and as the .357 does have them I wondered if the 45 and 50 should have them too. Now I know, thanks. And did you also have damaged O-rings on the...

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Maybe you can answer this question: Do you have a valve return spring in your .50? My 45's came without and I had to install some springs myself or I wouldn't have been able to get any air in them...

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Holy sh1t. I have the first version (pre order) that has the original 13" barrel... Didn't even know there was a 14" version... (Godverdergodver)

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Sounds very interesting! Wolfiek promised me the original bottle adapter which is thinner and hasn't got the second manometer. I can't fit any muzzle device with this thick one! The foster valve sounds like a great idea though. Might try that myself... (And I have some designs online that...

AEA HP Max in Europe has a regulator!?

Hi Harold, I also live in NL and have two HP MAX .45's with the exact same problem with O-rings being sliced. I got ID15x1.5mm rings like you said you used in your rifle but for me they wouldn't seal... Also, in both my rifles they already replaced the transfer ports for full sized ones but...

    .457 magz / receiver

I wouldn't know what to trade and since I'm on the other side of the globe shipping alone would be a nightmare. But thanks for the offer.

    .457 magz / receiver

The way it's designed is so that the bolt forces everything in alignment. It has yet to jam on me.

    .457 magz / receiver

Thanks for your interest and if I ever get an S45 or Blitz I'll be sure to let you know👍🏻

    .457 magz / receiver

People keep asking me the same thing (it's my design) but I don't have an S45 to work on. But I agree, it would be great for a semi automatic like the S45. Depending on the slugs I could even do a double stack magazine for it.
