I have a 1984 Beeman R8, .177 I bought new, with super tune that includes nickel plated cylinder. Very nice original condition. No marks on wooden stock, slight blemish in barrel blueing. What’s it worth and how do I sell?

I’m thinking about selling my R8, but not sure of the legal ramifications in doing so. I live in Central Florida, I know local pickup is easy enough. But are there any laws I need to know about?

Oh yea it’s been used a lot. But still shoots like new!

That means the rifle is not perfect 100%. But is 40 years old with thousands of pellets run through, lots of care and proper oiling. That has natural imperfections and very minor environmental marks. That has never been restored!
