Can you use the Sightmark on a break barrel?

Only type I use. Try the one-piece units, I have them on all of my rifles. less parts.

So in your experience this type of scope is ok to use on a break barrel piston/springer?

I am running into the same problem with my Benjamin Trail NP XL .17. Has been eating the UTG scopes, on 3rd. Will try a Sightmark Wraith 4-32 x 50 Digital Scope. On sale now for under $400. Recoil rated to a .308, hope that works.

Thanks for helping. All screws torqued with Loktite. Barrel cleaned before shooting. Shots are all over the place. Interesting you mention barrel pivot. Once cocked, and when bringing back up, if let go, swings like a pendulum.
