My Hw97k cocking arm release button came out with the spring. The keeper ring broke off that holds it the silver cylinder down in the arm. So I can’t figure out how the cylinder, o-ring and washer remove from the cocking lever? There is a dimple pressed into the arm that looks like it is...

Does anyone know the factory hammer spring setting for a 1701p? Mine has about a 120 psi spread ( 580-700 ) so I will assume the port has been drilled. I’m just trying now to get consistent at what ever pressure.
