    Digital scope w/o night vision?

MarkNagel, is there a reticle with mildots or moa reference points available, so that one can hold over or under? On videos I see only basic duplex reticles. And one more thing... Apart from all the bugs shooters report, this scope costs in the EU...wait for it... 1200 USD, before delivery!

    Digital scope w/o night vision?

Tflats99, I noticed that on some of the footage there is no X Sight reticle, you have added an image of a reticle over the video. Why is that? Is the reticle not seen on day time footage? And I've been wondering how quickly does the scope adjust its reticle for a POI at varying distances...

    Digital scope w/o night vision?

Thanks guys, both your replies are very helpful 🍺 I've been wondering what the difference is between the Pro and Deer Hunter :D And thanks for the link, I will check out the footage.

    Digital scope w/o night vision?

Perhaps this has been discussed before but I couldn't find anything related to it in this thread and I looked. I am thinking of trying what they call a "digital scope". The ATN X Sight Pro 4K seems fine although some of the guys report multiple issues with it and say the image is pretty...

    .22 Sniper Magnums & Smooth X barrel?

That's two groups, both are 11 shots at 40 yards. I'd say one flyer in each group, shots were taken leaning on my car, the night breeze was just beginning to pick up. The gun was Vulcan Mk4. It is a small coin, sorry, I don't have any American coins for a comparison that would be clearer to you...

    .22 Sniper Magnums & Smooth X barrel?

I have tried the H&N Sniper Magnum .22 with Vulcan Mk4. Excellent performance. The Vulcan barrel liked them much better than the 18 grain JSB 5.52 and 5.53 mm. I was absolutely amazed as I expected them to be a highly inaccurate pellet; I bought the first tin out of curiosity and then rushed...

Chronograph in cloudy and / or relatively dark weather - possible or not !?

Nced, have you noticed any difference in the readings of your Prochrono depending on how high above the sensors you shoot? Manufacturer says it makes no difference. With the Chrony M/F1 it makes a HUGE difference. And it is a nuisance to always aim in the area between 4 and 6 inches above the...

Chronograph in cloudy and / or relatively dark weather - possible or not !?

Thank you for the different pieces of advice, guys. But all these, tipping and turning the chrony upside down only make me fear that it will give readings, but false ones. I trust that all of you would agree that giving false readings is much worse than giving no readings at all. Which reminds...

Chronograph in cloudy and / or relatively dark weather - possible or not !?

Cosmic, thanks for your reply. This is what makes me angry, friend - I sold my perfectly working Combro with the intention to replace it with the allegedly superior Shootign Chrony M1 :( The M1 is most certainly going away. I considered purchasing another Combro, but I want to be able to shoot...

Chronograph in cloudy and / or relatively dark weather - possible or not !?

Now, that being said, my first choice for a less light-finicky chronograph was the Air Chrony MK3. But its opening/coverage area has a size of roughly 6 by 7 cm, which means that if my rifle loses power or has a spike for some reason I will flat out destroy it if I shoot at 40 yards with a...

Chronograph in cloudy and / or relatively dark weather - possible or not !?

Hi everyone. SvilenP, thanks for posting in my stead and thanks for being kind enough to ship you Prochrono to me so that I could compare it with my Shooting Chrony M1. I must say that I am much more pleased with the Prochrono when it comes to built quality and functionality. Yes, it is made of...

JSB Exact King Heavy standard vs. MKII

MK2 has a BC of 0.046 with my Matador Short. MK1 gave me almost the same - 0.047. An insignificant difference, in my opinion - may be due to the calculation, the digits after the decimal point and the ballistic calculator rounding up. The MK2 shoots at a slightly higher velocity - 9-10 fps. It...
