Sorry for the late replay. No I've emptied my bottle complete(my problem was, that the DL is not holding the air inside!), close the amp, pump it up to 100 bar and then open it rapidly, but with love. :p There is no other amp. Its not recommed to adjust the amp over 160 bar or something like...

Final report. After hours of testing, shooting and waiting. The air is not leaking anymore. I'm really glad. :)

Ok friends. In Germany we say "besser spät als nie!". ;) I've installed the plenum without any additional o-rings. Only with some grease. I've change the small little o-ring and closed the amp at the bottle adapter completely! I've pumped up the gun to 100 Bar, open up the amp to 80 Bar and now...

Tomorrow I will give it a try and I will report. Sorry, I was at hard work!

You mean the valve pin cap, right? Like you already told. Thats the only thing I've does not change, cause it looks like new. But the other o-rings looked new too... Maybe I will change this little ring tomorrow and give it another try. I will report. :)

Here the air is comming out, but WITH the plenum. I just took this photo from the internet, to show. I dont return it to FX, cause its actually only happen WITH the plenum. Without its working at the moment. And I dont want to wait for months, to get back my DL. :( Sorry for asking again, but...

Thanks a lot TwoLoe88. I've changed the two valvepin cap o-rings and the big one... Now its sealed WIHOUT the powerplenum but WITH the plenum, its still leaking. Other thought... I use a handpump to pressurise. Maybe this is making trouble? Maybe I dont get enough pressure with my handpump, in...

Other question... In the several yt videos I never saw, that someone are putting the thin o-ring INTO the plenum, like with the bottle adapter. In the bottle adapter is a thin o-ring... I've tryed both. With an without... Any Ideas about that?

ok, I give up for today. Any ideas I can try? Does the plenum damage my action? Now I dont get it sealed in any conditions. Pain in the a$$ :(

Exactly ONE time I get it totaly sealed, WITH the plenum, but with the bottle adapter in the wrong position. To the side.... After this i try to tighten it a little bit and now nothing workd again... Edit: It seems that the thin O-Ring is moving aver the hole of the bottle regulator. I cant say...

Is it possible, that TO MUCH grease can cause the O-rings to misplace? When it comes to preasure? Especially the small and thin O-ring in the bottle adapter? Edit: dry as **** or lubed like a good hole... No different. It seems, that the small and thin O-ring misplace, when it getting pressure...

It happens with the "old" o-Rings too and the old O-rings are not damaged. I've only changed the Rings, cause I'm getting "paranoid"... :( I've plundered all my O-ring replacement sets from huma-air. The rings are the correct size. :(
