Nicely done OP! A Model 6 was the first springer I ever resealed as well, but with the help of a seasoned friend. We still managed to mar some components... They are incredible guns though for sure, recoilless springers are truly something to experience.

I wouldn't discount anything, but the sight leaf and notch appear to be of the older variety. Came with a few other parts that were of a similar vintage.
