Well I was using the tool they sent with the gun. Nevertheless I punted and returned both Hatsans and used the return to buy a couple of FX Wildcats. I guess now its sit and wait.

Well so far I have been testing JSB Exact Jumbo Monsters and H&N Barracudas. The H&N's were in it when the problem started but they don't appear to be stick out in front of the magazine. Guess I'm going to figure out how to get the bolt assembly out. Rich I would like to get your input but...

This morning I shipped back a Hatsan Gladius .25. that i fired Two championship pellets through and had the same problem. What am I doing wrong!!!!?
