Thats what I see also!! The oring should be inboard of the threaded area. If its outboard the whole pressure is on the threaded area with a very thin wall. I really hope no one was injured. Please send the pics to Edgun to review.

Absolutely not correct. Will only effect some guns where the inletting is in the way not all guns and its extremely easy to fix in less than 5 minutes.

It does shoot them well but at 50 yards going that slow unless you modify the gun even a slight breeze will have a huge effect. If I was going to shoot the heavies i would put in a stronger hammer spring.
