    Sometimes torn

Kudos to you for this post. I been "poofing" any birds that come into my 25yd set up in the back yard. They are not a nuisance, BUT I'm also and avid gardener and plant the birds directly underneath mature plants. Squirrels, too. Natures best fertilizer.

Crosman 1377 Red Dot Stock Question

I also have the steel breech, stock, and cheap RDS. As LGD said, most RDS, when zeroed correctly, they should be parallax free. My 'dot' (disregard picture thru RDS) at brightest setting, looks like a misshapen square. I tone it down until it looks like a dot. I only rarely plink with this...

    Press the Button

@michael Thank you for the pinned post about trigger and breathing technique. In 40 years of PB's, I never had to think or work this hard for accuracy (Gamo break barrel). When I read the line "Press the Button" and then implementing it, my groups tightened up by a 0.25". Additionally, I...

Inclement Weather Activities Sorting Pellets with the PelletGage

Noob here, as a few of you know... So you're actually taking a tin and resorting for factory imperfections? Size, weight, etc.? Aiming you're using a scale @rsfrid that measures to the thousandth of a gram? I appreciate the time you take in the vetting for anything that reduces accuracy.

    My Squirrel Bait

@v-fib Thanks for that. I'll look into sending the tails to the lure place. @quad82 Pardon the question, but where were you sending the pelts and why? Taxidermy? My other passion is gardening. Gonna buy a big ol bag of black oil sunflower seeds at TSC to plant randomly wherever I go, and...

Best Site to buy pellets in bulk?

@backstop So funny. I was adopted from S.Korea in '78. My dad used to call me Grasshopper, using a terrible Asian accent. He got it from some old show where I think the Sensei referred to his pupil as such... So from what everyone says, use AoA, or Pyramid, find a coupon, buy 3 get one...

@biohazardman @qball The exact reason I got back into air guns. The cost of 9mm and 223 is high. I got really excited at the thought of 250 shots for around $10. Same boat here, too. I shoot PBs once a month, maybe. Mostly just my EDC for proficiency and the Ruger for fun. A day here in NC...

@long_gun_dallas The Avenger, now 3rd Gen from what I've read, was top on my list for entry level PCP, wood stock. I will check out the PP700. I have MP15 Sport, 1st gen. That little Ruger kicks more than my MP15, imho. Thank you LGD.

@qball I know, not the right forum for discussion, but I LOVE PCC's. For a SHTF situation, I'm geared to bug out/in ALL 9mm, some 223. CQB, nothing better. I wanted a Sig Copperhead, but at 2200 MSRP, no deal. Then it was EVO Scorpion, but the Ruger PC Charger bundle gave me the best deal. ...

Best Site to buy pellets in bulk?

I was searching for websites that sell pellets in bulk, almost whole sale. Does anyone know of a site that does this? (For example, XYZ Brand ships 50 tins in a box. 20 boxes on a pallet. I'd like to buy a box of 50 tins.) https://www.hiarts.store - I literally found this site 30 minutes...

@Bigragu Yes, Sir! Years ago, Brett Favre convinced me to try Wrangler's with the "U" crotch, and I've never looked back. Spy vs. Spy, Mad Magazine, love the profile pic.

@TxMaligator Brother, I'm with you. I'm a licensed K6 teacher here in NC btw. My GI Bill paid for it! Things I tell my son on the daily: *Dont worry its just blood, chicks dig scars. *Son, if you're on the ground, you better get yourself up as fast as you can, unless you got a broken...

Sooooo, I love the pistol brace revolution that's happened in the Powder Burner world. Not wanting to start a discussion on that topic, just prelude to this. Long to short of it, I settled on a good package: PC Charger, with brace, and Holosun on top, out the door $1100, and I haggled in 100...
