    That is a good question! $300 is a good budget though! I suggest a Diana RWS 34P air rifle they are light-weight and has good Iron Sights! Just my opinion though!

    I say you should just get risers for your scope then it won't be so high. You will just have to lower the cross hairs, it will be shooting high!
