Thanx Jellvand! The HushMod is one of my own designs and does it's job very well. And yes, a mod would probably be needed in an urban area or where neighbors may dislike the sounds of high power airguns. Quite frankly, I'd pick the Priest even if it was the same price as the Impact. No doubt...

My Priest with a Talon Tunes CF bottle and JDS Airman 1800psi regulator. SWEET! BTW, there is about .100 clearance between the bottle and shroud. This one is set at about 36FPE in .22 cal. I also have the .177 kit for it and it is just as awesome!

Just installed the .177 kit in my .22 Priest and the results are looking very favorable. A-A/JSB Heavies (10.34gr) are grouping nearly as well as my super accurate .177 Vulcan at 42 yards, and this is with a brand new barrel. How about these numbers.......975 fps avg; 22 E.S., 4 S.D...

I may just buy one so that I can prototype a "proper" shroud for it. Why they stopped half way is beyond my imagination!


They are a bunch less $$$ and have much more power than the Daystate Regal which isn't regulated either! And how about the AirArms PCPs? About the same price with less power and NO regulator. I think the Jagers are priced pretty well considering what else is available.

They are NOT regulated yet. Sure hope they change their mind about that!

Not sure about BC......don't much care because my Cricket Rifle literally stacks them at 43 yards @ 825fps. Most accurate .25 caliber pellet yet IMHO.

The Vulcan shroud has a M27x1.0mm internal thread; exposed when end cap is removed. I have made screw-in MiniMods for this application that are extremely effective.
