hmm .. is the .25 probe and TP fully aligned as well? on mine, both .22 and .25 probes are marked at same spot when measuring the probe travel inside the breech. So if it was out on the .22 barrel, it would be out on .25 as well.

At that setting, either there's an issue with the rifle pushing 18gr at only 860fps or your chrony is knackered. At 150bar reg and max power, my Impact pushes 18gr at 980+

Not sure of my weighing machine but most ranged between 18.0 and 18.6gr. Head size is very consistent dropping through 5.53mm hole on pelletgage. Out of my Impact, these are giving one a tad bigger than pellet size hole groups between 870-880fps at 30m. Higher FPS the groups open up.

Either the issue is in the quality of the set screws or in the machining. If the machined threads have tolerances exceeded then those will result in a 'loose' fit per-se and result in the set screw bending or worse sheering over time with the forces exerted on it. What Ernest said is correct on...

For hunting purposes AF setup on .25 is decent. For discrete backyard target shooting, I wouldn't recommend it unless Liam changes the internals of the moderator. After a lot of testing, for .25 all I can suggest is fabricating 2x 26mm OD/8mm bore plain baffles, some sound absorbing material...

.22 setup I agree is a lot quieter as there is substantially more volume for air to be trapped, compared to the FX shroud. I reconfigured my .22 setup to make it even quieter. I don't have .30 so no comment.

If you want air-fective setup to be quieter, be prepared to work on the moderator internals yourself. In standard form, it won't be quieter than FX shroud setup .. specifically the .25.

Did the same on mine after around similar number of shots. Removed the trigger assembly, checked for damage (chipped edges etc of all parts), cleaned and then reassembled with first stage shortened. That fixed it.

Give the smooth twist section of the barrel a good clean, preferably with a soft brush to dislodge any lead at the start of the smooth twist. Eventual buildup of lead there will damage the head and skirt on the way out. If possible, push a pellet through and inspect the head and skirt. Also...
