the tanks on each gun are different capacities and physical sizes, so its not hard to think that the valves are in some way different albeit dimensions or some other mechanical difference... not a confirmation, but hope it helps...

hatsan barrels are choked, depending on the pellets you are using, you may need to have a larger pellet to keep performance... I know my Hatsan Gladius is a 0.213 at the muzzle (0.215 wouldn't fit), based on the tools I used to recrown it...

my suggestion is the crosman 1322 pump... I've got a supped up one with an 18in barrel... I built mine for rabbit hunting, deadly out to 75yrds... pushing pellets down range @ over 400fps with 5 pumps / @ over 560fps with 10 pumps / @ over 600fps with 12 pumps... accuracy is great and not...

the best way I found to do the detent... I noticed that the left side has a spot for the spring and ball, but the right side was more about holding it... so I set the spring and ball tilted up toward the cylinder... then use the right side to push it in & hold... I was getting the hang of it...

I put a 18in on my 1322, really helped a lot... this I went a little nuts and did a full internals upgrade... you can get lost in the money spent... keep it simple...
