    Weihruach/Beeman tuner?

I would like to suggest tuning it yourself. While sending out to be tuned and getting it back as a tack-driver is great, I have heard nothing but good things online from people having it done for them but doing it yourself is much more rewarding. There are many how to videos online and the...

    Everyone needs a pumper.

I turned my 1377 into a carbine with front and rear peep sights it looks like some freakish contraption Q branch cobbled together from leftovers, but it keeps on hitting shotgun shells at 25 yards with 5 pumps. It does not seem to care what weight pellets I use so I chalk it up to a new barrel...

Is a Weihrauch a good value?

I think they are a good value. I liked the first HW97 so much I bought a second. I have others airguns and the Weihrauch is so much better that I would not buy any other brand now.

Adjusting Parallax On A Fixed Parallax Scope

I made this adjustment two scopes, a Tasco and a Bushnell and set them at 25 Yds. It worked well for me. It will not work on all scopes. I think this works best on older scope or cheaper scopes. I would not do this to a newer scope or an expensive one.

    MIDWAYUSA soft cases?

I have several and they are well made, they do not protect from hard knocks like a hard case but in all other respects they are good.

    What's The Difference Between a HW 77 and the HW 97 ?

I have a 97 purchased used this past fall with a standard stock, It is fantastic. For my next rifle I considered a new 77 with the laminate stock just for the looks but due to eye sight I need to use the scope so I ordered a 97 blue laminate just because of higher comb and I could get one on A...

    Parallax and focusing scope differences

I have noticed this issue as well on some AO scopes being perfectly focused but still have discernible Parallax, the diopter adjustment is for the crosshairs focus I have clear crosshairs clear target but noticeable parallax. I believe this is a scope quality issue and those people who do not...

    HW97 disassembly clean assemble

I took the plunge and tore down my HW97 I could not resist the urge to tinker. After watching the videos it was easy except for loosening the rear trigger housing, that took a little work. Thoroughly cleaned polished the spring ends and the washers that it sits on. Put some synthetic moly grease...

    Good day at the range.

I originally thought my HW 97 shot good no matter how it was held and it still does. But, I have learned how it likes to be held, just like my 22lrs. Tight to the shoulder but palm right under the W on the stock and the groups noticeably shrink. I was having a good day as well shooting my...

    Hatsan made me sad.

A final note, Midway refunded my money they at least stand behind their guaranty. I have been shooting for 40 years and have only run across one other gun that shot as bad. I shot my friends Hatsan again today at the range and his is just fine, go figure. The happy news is that I purchased a...

My new HW 97 makes my happy

I just got back from the range with an HW97 in .177 I purchased used from Dennis Breen from this sites members classifieds. It shoots amazingly tight groups. I did not measure them or take pictures but they were about thumbnail size groups at 25 yards :) The gun is a lower power version 11.8...
