    Breaking cover......kinda

Time for me to reveal my .25 cal. Owned since last August, heavily modified since then and shooting 34gn pellets, 930fps for 65fpe at the muzzle. ES is 6fps. It groups same hole at 55 yards and sub MOA at 100 yards. Hasn’t even been cocked in over a month! Some U.K. forum members may recognise...

Power Plenum - Do I Need One or Hype?

I haven’t got the power plenum on my .25 Impact, but an alternative, after market external, unit along with some internal modifications. My reg is set at 115 bar and the rifle shoots 33.95 grain pellets at 930 FPS. My total plenum capacity is around 80cc’s as mine retains the original plenum...

    Pulsar scope rail

Hmmm. I keep getting an error message when I PM you Bluestone. I can post the process direct to the board if no one objects?

    Pulsar scope rail

I've pm'd a breakdown of the entire mod process for my rifle. Along with my number if you want to call me. There seem to be a couple of ways of removing it, I chose the safest, barrel out first! The shroud is very very tightly fitted to the collar (might even be loctite involved)

    Pulsar scope rail

There were many many easier ways Bluestone, and I was tempted by all of them :-D At the time I started the project, the scope was immovable anyway because I had had the rail bolt hole countersunk. There was a bee in my bonnet though ;-) It really wasn't very expensive. I maybe spent £200.00...

    Pulsar scope rail

I thought you all might be interested in seeing the 'problem' Pulsar in it's modified form. By way of a 'gift' to you all for having to read the previous ramblings and moans. It's been a 'journey' and a sometimes frustrating one. Briefly, removing the standard scope rail left no access to the...

    Pulsar scope rail

So, the flame went out! After some 'e' mail correspondence with Mr Cockayne in which he thinly disguises his sarcasm, and being completely ignored by Mr Belas. I'll withdraw with an apology for taking up your valuable forum space with something so negative. I'm sorry. As to the Pulsar. If...

    Pulsar scope rail

I had been planning to modify the rifle myself. I could similarly find a way around the movement issue. I shoot Field Target in the UK and haven't yet seen a rifle with no modifications. It's just the done thing here. My experience at the shooting show got to me, as have Mr. Belas response to...

    Pulsar scope rail

I was at the shooting show on Friday where I met with Simon Cockayne. At his request I brought the rifle along to a promise of time with him on the range and a resolution. All I was offered was a replacement rail and a statement from Simon that he 'didn't have time'. When I initially contacted...

    Pulsar scope rail

I've been struggling with POI shift for the last couple of months with my Pulsar. It's been a lengthy and laborious process to get to where the problem is. I even sent my scope off to be checked/repaired to be informed that there was nothing wrong with it. What is happening is this:- give the...
