    Iron sights

@thumper your hw100 looks awesome! How well does it shoot with that setup?

    Seeking first quality airgun

I have an HW77 in .22. My profile pic is from the very first time shooting it at 25yds with the open sights. It’s on the heavy side of the springer world, but the thing is like a Cadillac. The stock is nicely finished, but could have a longer length of pull. The bluing is perfect and stays nice...

    Iron sights

Not a pcp, but I have an hw77 which comes with iron sights. Very nice groups at 25yds, and I can hit 2” spinners at 40yds.

    Tuning HW97K tuning kit

Does it need a tune kit, though? I have the hw77 version and it’s not too twangy, or harsh… maybe I got lucky.

    Back to the springers

I’m using an hw77 with iron sites and can smack 2” spinners @40yds. It’s a .22 shooting crosman 14.3,H&N ftt and Jsb 15.89 all really good. I can’t wait to put a scope on it. It’s a big heavy Cadillac of springers imho.

New guy looking for a rifle. Suffering from analysis paralysis.

The hw97/77 rifles are not loud. A little bit of mechanical noise is about it, and the pellet smacking it’s target. The size is your issue though. They’re heavy!

    Great shooting!

    So, I made a thing…

@biohazardman that’s a great idea that I hadn’t thought about. @timmah it’s an Ender 5 pro. I’ve been using eSun filament and haven’t had any issues. Once I got the bed leveled properly it was smooth sailing.
