When you mention a few of your criteria such as "a nice wood stock, tunable, shoot slugs", start saving now or sell some stuff to get what you really want. Sorry, I'm not that much help and can't think of anything off the top of my head right now.
Welcome. I'm envious of the land you get to shoot on. All I want is a minimum of 50 yards and a 100 yard range to freely shoot at and I'd be a happy camper.
