Interesting. The Veyron I have is the 4-16X44, but now I was thinking of getting the 6-24X44. But if that is not as good as the two siblings I definately need to research some more. Do you have any sources on that ?

Nothing wrong with the quality of the Veyron turrets, they just don't feature a zero stop. I now need to understand would the zero stop be useful for me, at the moment I do not know that. Any help in this understanding would be appreciated.

OK so it seems to best course of action would be to get the entire barrel kit, which is hard to find in Europe in 600 mm length...

I now have an FX Dreamline 25 caliber (600mm barrel). If I wanted to change the caliber to 22, do I understand correctly that the cheapest way to do that would be to buy a 22 cal 600 mm superior liner and a 22 caliber pellet probe. No other parts would be needed ? I could reuse the shroud etc...

I just got a FX Dreamline Classic in 25 caliber. I have the regulator pressure at about 130 bar, it has the power plenum installed. When I fill the cylinder to 230 bar I get two, maybe three, magazines worth of shots (ie. 32 to about 40) before it falls to the neighborhood of 130 bar. So how...

In my case the 25 caliber has one big advantage over the 22 caliber. I could actually get one ! The dealer I ordered the 22 caliber GRS stock from says, that FX lead times at the moment are incredibly long (apparently they are shipping most of their production to the US so us Europeans are left...

Dreamline .22 muzzle energy at full power is 41J (30 ft/lbs), so that is at the upper limits on what these targets can handle. .25 would be 60J or even more if I added the power plenum, that would probably be over the edge. More joules make sense if you are hunting, but you cannot hunt with air...

Maybe I or my neighbours won’t know the difference, but the receiving end of the pellet certainly will ;-) Anything stronger than 40J will damage my targets. The Gamo squirrel is having trouble even with that.

It is not just the noise. My current gun outputs >40J of muzzle energy, and that is the most that at least my field target squirrel (Gamo) can handle, and poorly at that ;-)

I am considering changing the 22 cal GRS stock gun I have on order to a laminated stock 25 cal gun that I could get immediately. The only thing that I have reservations about is the power. I currently have a 45 J Gamo Magnum that is a bit too much (at least definately too loud) for the back...

I just got into airgunning, and I also bought two field targets (a rat and a squirrel). When I shoot paper targets, the lead waste is no problem as I have a pellet trap that I am shooting into. But how do I collect the lead when shooting at these field targets ? When the pellet hits the target...

At least according to Gamo website (https://www.gamo.com/en/gamo-10x-gen1-gen2-magazines/) they are two diffferent things. The Roadster version is not inertia fed as the Magnum version. It would work, but it would allow for double loads. This would be a recipe for disaster if you have two...
