Thanks one and all. Replaced the transfer port O ring. Checked to see if a slug cleared the port when chambered and yes it clears. The transfer port has a galled spot at the O ring groove so will order another transfer port but its working now. Chrono read 990 with the NSA 28.5 slugs but still...

Pulled the barrel and the transfer port O ring has a damaged spot. Will get it changed out after figuring out how. U tube my friend?

They are notched right so only can be set in 180 degrees apart and line up with the pellet or slug ports I thought. Butt will check that out thanks. The C1 hammerseat? I'll have a look see.

It's pretty simple I choose when and where to spend my money. I choose not to support those that take advantage of the market. Have always kept my reloading room and ammo room well stocked and my pellet and slug supplies reflect that philosophy .

What do you do with the remains? Burn pile? Would expect the birds to be decent table fare living on grain . I leave the rats for the yotes at our horse barn though they too eat grain. Lol.

What I like about the FX unit is that I can set it on the bench instead of hanging it on my barrel. Don't need the kitchen sink hanging out there every time. And the ease of using it works to it's advantage.

Same settings as the prior tune. Toned it down 25 fps after seeing the results. Still have some tree guys working and will shoot it some more after they leave. Or is that Leaf?

Wow! Just this morning I added slug power kit and dual transfer port to my Impact MK2 . Velocity of my tune before was 910 fps with Nielsen .217 28.5 slugs after 1035 fps . Took it down to 1010 . After the tree guys are done I'll Check my sight in, adjust as necessary .

My orders come quickly and they always have time for questions when I have them. A+!

Shooting NSA slugs out of my new MK2 700 mm . Started with the .2165 slugs with great results and added the .217's with the same results. Tuned for the 28.5's at 920 and then tried the 31.2's same POI but 60 fps slower in my FX.

Oakland does have some beautiful areas. My first date with my wife in 1996 she took me to see her horse in Redwood Park in the Oakland hills. Wow ! beautiful place and we now ride our horses there together. But you are right a few more shots won't be noticed, Seems to be an epidemic of homies...
