Same here but between my body wearing out and owning PCP rifles I find myself going less to the shooting range. PCP’s make me lazy as I can have lots of fun at home. Four here plus many more Airguns of other types.

Not strange at all. Lately,once I have a rifle dialed in I simply put up a clean sheet of paper , shoot a hole in it and use that hole for an aiming point. Of course this is affected by distance and magnification of the scope but it generally works for me.

I am tempted on the Berra, however that type of power plant will fail, question is when. I have owned a "better" Air Soft M4 , had a lot of gun with it but it did burn up . The Berra has the same type of metal gear DC motor driven piston system, not ready to trust it just yet.

If you are going for nostalgia the new 25 may be closer to what you had back then than the RR dependent on when that was. The new RR has no shot tube with a forced feed magazine meaning you have to shake it hard muzzle up or point it to the sky then in both cases look at the witness hole and...

I just got one of the new 25's, love it, love the peep sight too. I had a 99 in the late sixties and got spoiled to the forced feed mad tube, no having to shake it or point it up to feed. I will be refinishing the wood on mine as I cannot abide the orange.

In the butter zone. In my experience .22 CPHP's like 850-875 in most rifles.

I just came in from shooting my .22 Origin. Within a certain shot count (30 shots) and pressure (3000 to 2000 and four turns out from dead tight) it is just as consistent as my DAR GEN 2 and it is sweet.

I wish I could change the title of this post, what I wrote is not what I really meant. While inevitably resealing if I had to I would either install a reg or just remove the ever pressure piston but my preference would be to reseal it as designed.

Port side, this is how I differentiate them.Got the barrel bands off EBay and they are positioned where they work best on each gun. Same scopes, UTG 3-12 classic hunter, butt stocks filled with rice that has been frozen to kill weevil eggs. Buckrail moderator installed on both.

I too love the Origin for what it is. I am very happy my tunes on each. .22 for shot count and .25 for light varminting. My big thing is keeping them going down the road. If I can reseal them when needed and have the ever pressure system working that would be my 1st goal.

Well that knocks me out. I had a Facebook page about ten years ago, clicked a link to a news video on a friends page and downloaded a virus that ruined a computer, closed my account and have not looked back. Thanks though.
