The compressor may need to break-in some. Perhaps letting it break-in longer under lower pressures before pushing it higher will help get past the issue. I'm wondering if the motor can be wired up for 240V. Having to go to a 30amp 120V configuration is a little unusual and less efficient.

Thanks. I will charge it when I get my compressor in a couple of weeks and see how things work. If the trigger and bolt mechanism are charge dependent they should put a note in the front section of their manual about it. It seems to be a really nice gun. I hate sending items like this back...
