I believe the majority of tuning in a airgun is pellet speed as it leaves the barrel ( timing ) for that particular pellet. So that timing ( speed ) will vary with weight and brand of pellet even in pellets within different lot numbers of same weight and brand.

Isn’t the HP plenum around the barrel of newer king block guns eliminate this? They use these in PRS guns and these match’s are pretty rough.

I cannot give you information on these internal Mods. That are posted (never tried these) but I never had any luck with the 16gr. JSB’s in any of my RAW’s I’ve had several!. Also tried these in a Daystate.177 hp. At much higher velocities, they really fall apart at 50yd.

I was only looking at this for strictly accuracy improvements with different pellet lots thinking I could get poorer shooting pellets on par with my best shooting lots. Didn’t really see much of any definitive results.
