I appreciate that information. I think I've tried every other type of pellet at 30 yards (only the wad cutters were shooting well at 30) , except domed. Last weekend was my first attempt at a greater distance.

I just have an entry level Diana rifle. I've been shooting at 30 yards since I got it. The gun will do 1/2 inch, 5 shot groups. This weekend, I moved out to 50 yards. Very disappointing. Such a mess, I didn't even bother to measure. My gun is unregulated and I'm using 7.7 grain wad cutters...

I was just about to start a thread on Crosman pellets. I just bought a mixture of wad cutters to see what my Diana Stormrider likes. The Crosman, I notice, have a seam. It goes all through the pellet like they were cast with a poorly machined two-piece mold. I figured they weren't even worth...

Here's the scope, a Pinty... I had that outter ring cranked all the way CCW (+) when I started to notice the parrallax. Normally it's about where it sits now. When I was goofing it around, I just thought it was something I had never noticed. I didn't realize that I had just created it.

What am I seeing here? I noticed last weekend, if I move my head a little, the point of impact will change in my scope. It isn't an expensive 3-9 scope. Is this why people spend big money on optics? This is something I've never noticed before........
