Sounds like you have enough sources for pigeon meat. We are at this permission for pest control only and we are pretty darn good at it.

Have you ever seen a commercial dairy operation? The birds found there are full of worms, larva, lice, etc - no thanks

On my P-Rod I’m running a UTG BUG BUSTER 3-12X32 mil-dot, with UTG side wheel and medium UTG scope rings, zeroed at 20 yards. I’m using CROSSMAN Premier HP 14.3g 540fps. The sweet spot is between 2,000-1650psi, which equates to 3-4 eight round mags.

It certainly is “tons” of fun.

With enough practice, shooting off the sticks becomes easier. You just have to experiment on what works best and find a way to make it repeatable. We have taken almost 9,000 birds from this permission and it’s now second nature for us.

I was noticing the same thing. Must have something to do with echo in the barns. Shorty is practically silent in person also, but in the video it seems louder.

We know what you mean. Until you have seen the environment caused by these birds, eating them is the furthest thing from your mind. If a bird falls in the main aisle, the owner wants us to toss them in with the cows.
