    That's the large o-ring, there's a smaller one too. And as I suspected, I got too much pin sticking out to get the magazine in. Ernest just screws the pin back accordingly but there's no way that pin is going to stay where it should be. I guess I could just locktite it in place. .

    I've ordered a spare piston. I'll take a closer look when I have it outside the rifle. I have contacted Hatsan USA, we'll see what they say. I tried the tip in the thread you mentioned, didn't work, ended up with even higher pressure and empty scuba tank.

    Sorry, no. I tried, with long Hex key and a vice, I even had to dremel the cylinder some to get the fill probe in. Probably even more stuck now with an additional 250 bar in it.

    No, I have no urge to drill in it. But I have to depressurize it somehow. We're trying to come up with an idea at work, best so far, put it in a drill press, put plates up and operate the press from behind the plates. No bleeder screw on the opposite side of the fill port.
