We all know that PCPs are complex, and relatively expensive, guns. For raw power, look elsewhere. They are fickle as well, and lend themselves to tuning. Frustration comes with the territory. So does satisfaction from great improvement achieved, often turning cheapo guns into smooth shooters...

Anyone have this gun? Or alternatively the SR 1250 w-a? Would you buy it again, and why ? Would you never touch it again -- please share why? Is it accurate at 50m? How would you rank it against the Gamo magnum IGT? Thanks! 🐦

I think I understand the pros of a Spring Stop Guide (SSG). It increases the accuracy of the hammer spring preload and stops the hammer from hitting the valve stem too hard. More important, it stops the hammer spring from bouncing, thus eliminating the ping-pong contest with the valve spring...
