Tuning Why Robert lane regs are only ones i use

Like somebody said, Robert's regs are very well made and they offer great value for money. He has a wide range too. What I like about him is that he knows airguns inside out. And he is not too jaded to offer superb regs even for modest guns like the Diana Stormriders. His reg in my Artemis pp800...

    Tuning Broken Piston Spring

Great! Have you polished the ends of the new spring to take away the sharp edges and allow it to move freely when released? I would not be surprised if this extended spring life. Maybe a more experienced tuner could comment ... PC

What .22 magnum break barrel should I buy?

Dude, if yar cash strapped and want reasonable power + great accuracy in .22, then check out the underlever Tech Force 97. It is also called QB36-2. It benefits from a mild tune. A little on the heavy side and the trigger is not a Weihrauch. But what a nicely made gun for not much over 130. Got...

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

Update on the QB36-2. I just got this underlever in .22. The Haemmerli branded combo version (incl good quality scope) is 50% more expensive and it only comes in .177. Reading some reviews, and looking at the power and weight, the .22 is superior. It is also in a totally different class than its...

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

Yeah, it's a copy of those. I don't own them, but BB Pelletier had good things to say about the CFX. I was hoping for a competent Turkish copy but no such luck. The hollow stock of this Kral amplifies the report like the box of a violin (only the sound is less attractive). And the rotating...

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

Most definitely true, when looking for quality out of the box. Yet the premium PCP world also counts worthy members from Czech, Russia, Ukraine, Slovenia and Sweden of course. But the up and coming countries are increasingly hard to resist -- because I am a tinkerer !! Nothing much more...

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

My Kral N-08 underlever (also called Demon) arrived today. I was expecting another underrated gun but was sadly mistaken. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this poorly designed and shoddily executed POS. The rotating breech in my 0.177 does not line up with the barrel and it leaks air...

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

... No views on that underlever Kral ? Got it ... Ordered one and will report out, hopefully not a dog. Meanwhile, it's not too late for you guys underlever lovers to get the comments going! 🐦

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

Thanks! Well, I started by stripping the orange-brown varnish off, easy enough. Then sanded with 320 grain. (First took off some wood with my band sander to slim down the meaty pistol grip and improve my trigger reach). Then stained the wood with a home made concoction extracted from crushed...

Canting, shooters, shooting methods, and points of view

Not sure if this is a math or a philosophy class. In the latter case, we will need to call on Karl Popper, who despite his name was not a shooter. He was much more than that. Coming back to the point, I have EMPIRICALLY experienced, repeatedly with different guns, that highly mounted scopes...

Underlevers: Kral N-08 vs. Chinese QB36-2 (Haemmerli 900): any good ?

I want an underlever springer to achieve PCP accuracy for hunting, but without the cost and pumping hassle. Unable to find any meaningful reviews on the cheapo Kral N-08. All I know is that I have been positively surprised, many times over, by the impressive build + accuracy of the more...

    Best magnification? 4x14x44?

Gimme an 8* fixed mag, 10* maybe, for hunting. Can't be beat for easy target acquisition. The military snipers' long time favorite. 🐦

    High power underlever

    Anyone try the Kral N-08 ? 🐦

SEEKING ... underlever springer ... project gun ... NIB

Coming back to this oldish thread. Got a couple B3s recently from a shop in Poland for around 50 EUR apiece + shipping. One in .177 and another in.22. Exhilarating little buggers, love them more than my PCPs. Accurate at 25 yds. The trigger is a predictable two-stage, light too after some...

Any more info on the Kral Puncher Empire and Empire X?

I am a lefty in fact. No issues. Accuracy at 80yds is exemplary. You could try 3D work but it would need to be pretty precise. 🐦

Any more info on the Kral Puncher Empire and Empire X?

Those are my notes about the gun -- speed and holdover/holdunder/ horizontal adjustment to reach aim point with different kinds of pellets at various distances ... I don't recall if my POI changed after removing the shroud and installing the silencer. One suggestion though -- the shroud slides...

JSB knock out. 22 slugs .217mm in BSA barrel 100 yards

Congrats, that's a very fine gun with great accuracy. I love the .22 BSA barrel. Best in class for long-distance accuracy. Its stiffness makes it very suitable for floating as well as shrouded applications. And it loves many different pellet types. 🐦

Tuning Artemis M22(M10 and M11), Problem with seardrag

Damn. Artemis parts are not easy to find. Some people used to be able to email the company to a character called Julie, but it did not work when I tried. Where did you buy the gun, could you possibly return it there for repair? If not, address a plea to Julie for this part ... Mark it very...

Tuning Artemis M22(M10 and M11), Problem with seardrag

Not sure what your issue is. Please describe -- does your gun not cock anymore, or doesn't it fire after cocking ? s one of the trigger parts physically broken, and how did that happen ? Please post a picture. If your gun does not cock anymore, it could be because a set screw is turned in too...
