OK, alls well that ends well. Yanked the pin out of the regulator and a stray pellet out of the receiver and I now have a 50 yard shooting 850 M2 with a 22ci bottle attached, to go with my Gauntlet .22. Be interesting to see how many shots I can drag out of that 850. I'll be happy if its 100...

Just found some Gamo S-10 Long Range pellets that fit perfectly in those magazines. Will shoot a mess asap and report back. late edit: Gamo Silent Cats also fit perfectly into the mags.

Wow, wasn't expecting to hear that but glad I did. I am actually doing pretty good with the 88 gram Umarex and Sig Sauer cartridges--250 shots--not too shabby. With the pellet included its only about 3.6 cents a shot. i am hitting targets at 100 yards, too. So... but would like to hear...
