Thanks for the tips-I do plan on going through all the screws and mounts to ensure it is all tight and true. The scope that comes with it is not held in high regards, and i don't plan on using it until it is broken in, and then I might even just upgrade immediately and use that as a sight scope...

update: just got my shipping confirmation with fedex tracking for delivery by next wed! So, while not impressed with the email support, the phone call was very helpful and they followed through as well.
