In my case the tank valve isn't the one leaking I seriously doubt that there is a valve that will slow down the filling of a CS4 - an Alkin 31 maybe...

Been having an issue with the bleed valve on my CS4 leaking. I've used teflon plumbers tape to keep the air from bleeding past the bleed screw, but this needs regular replacement. Can someone check to see if there is a nylon, rubber or some other sort of material at the tip of the bleed screw...

not the least bit surprised. I’ve shot them once but outside so hard to call exactly how well they shot, but did seem very consistent. will get them put again soon

glad you posted this Beerthief. My EC3000 crapped out on me, per AOA needs a top cylinder rebuild - after 15 hours.....in 18 months My CS4 still goes strong but seems to develop leaks randomly. 18 hours in 8 weeks The Altaros always intrigued me but the lack of speed always threw me off...

that is the calculation that I am currently struggling with. depending on how long my CS4 holds up, I hope that E5 owners can jump in with their long term use findings. So far quite happy with my GX product

I run mine in the basement on a tile floor, not much there to absorb the noise. 15 hours of use but it certainly isn’t that quiet, in my use.

Thanks for the replies. Ear plugs are almost a most for the CS4 for me. but I guess it would be half the time with an E5. 😜

Mike, and/or anyone else who may have the CS4 and E5. Please let me know what the noise difference may be. Is it appreciable or all but the same?
