I like the pragmatic choice to make the caps hex shaped so they are easy to twist on/off. No reason to worry about aesthetics for a test article.

Check out the NIOSH Sound Level meter. It will give you a number of different measurements and is easy to use. It's a free app (but iOS only as it was impractical to calibrate it for all the different Android models.).

This roll was Overture High Speed TPU. I also do the desiccant in the bag trick + dry box. Printing at 230C... using stock Bambu TPU settings, but capping the max print speeds at 170mm/s (vs 250 standard).
