    Rodeo - Thank you for taking the time to produce this. I can rule out the gap as an issue. O-ring #1 makes sense and I'll check that this evening.

    Already tried that. When the probe has been inserted, I get a 4mm gap between the 'skirt' and the gun - so it isn't flush. Should it be flush?

    Yes, it's the fill probe. It doesn't fit securely into the gun and when I apply air, it leaks before it even gets into the gun. No obvious obstruction.

    Hi guys. Hoping I can get some help here. I bought a tank a week ago and now I'm trying to fill the gun. The problem is that I don't get the click when I insert the adapter, so the air leaks out. I know the adapter works because the dealer uses it when I had previous refills. Any ideas?
