First of, Im not an expert or in any way have knowledge more then the avarage, this is only my own thinking and reaction to this subject. I know the subject from beginning was if its good to put oil when refilling so it should/could spread to other parts inside the pcp, to this I have no...

How strong is the bottle attachement against the receiver? FX Crown

im not sure but I think the fx carbon bottles have aluminum bottles inside then wrapped around with carbonfiber.... So I think where the vavlve threads into the bottle it is a "aluminumbottle inside carbonfiber wrapping" it should be pretty damn strong...at least for a few founds of force as...

How strong is the bottle attachement against the receiver? FX Crown

well im not sure what you mean, as the fx tubes fits where bottles are, like royale 200 and 400/500, same threads inside the tube and bottles with a valvepin inside, if the threads where longer on the tubes then the valve inside would not function as it should... also, a tube is longer, so...

How strong is the bottle attachement against the receiver? FX Crown

https://fxairguns.com/accessories/addition/ If FX are making these for the Streamline and others, then a bottle bipod mount for the Crown and Royale should also be fine, the connector between bottle/tube and action is the same(strength-wise) more or less in all fx guns from what I see..

Tuning PCP CF Bottle Retest? - Bottle out of date

my point was: I would not expose my CF bottle to that presure then use it, I think its more safe to visually inspect it, then stay with max working pressure,,,,,,,

Tuning PCP CF Bottle Retest? - Bottle out of date

Tuning PCP CF Bottle Retest? - Bottle out of date

inspection is one thing, but pressurize the bottles on PCP guns like twice the working pressure isnt anything I would like to do any way, I would feel more safe just inspect in visually, and keep to the working pressure after that, especially CF ones.. The best way is to visually inspect...

Tuning PCP CF Bottle Retest? - Bottle out of date

It can be so in other countries that every bottle of any small size need to be pressure tested to get approved, for what I know some countries have rules that "bottles under 1 Liter" dont need to be pressure tested, just a good advice to visually inspect.. If you are careful of course you...

Tuning PCP CF Bottle Retest? - Bottle out of date

Correction: you are right, the first inspection should be before 5 year of MF date... It says nothing of test pressure, only inspection, so I guess a visual inspection inside is enough

    FX Independence, need some HELP!

As you probably know there is a good chance for the poppet(valve) to be bent, so it will be impossible to get the pressure up by the builtin handpump, you need to take it apart and se how it lookes. One word of varning: Ive had the Fx Indy just for a short while, and noticed moisture inside...
