    Decocking a FWB Model 65?

Kinda had the idea it would end badly. I also have a 300S that will not be decocked. Very inconvenient, this inability to make the gun safe without discharging a pellet. Thanks for your reply.

    Decocking a FWB Model 65?

Does anyone know if a Feinwerkbau Model 65 pistol can be decocked safely without damage to the gun or the operator? Any special technique? I have a couple of them but I'm to chicken-sh*t to try it on my babies. TIA Jim

    A Pair of FWB 65's

Now there is a very unusual and possibly unique feature. I'm envious. 😉 Beautiful.

how do you guys feel about .20 cal

I have a Beeman P1 and it is a fine shooter. However, it is the only .20 caliber I own out of 15 or so airguns so I sometimes wish it was a .177.

Hey DualMagMike, Should you ever decide to sell one or more of your herd, look me up. Very nice collection you have there. Jim

    A Pair of FWB 65's

I believe 100mm is what I measured when purchasing the X-Large grips from Rink. Saw a FWB 90 for sale over at TargetTalk recently. The electronic trigger makes me nervous. Their failure rate is an unknown and how repairable they are is another unknown (to me, at any rate). Regards, Jim

    A Pair of FWB 65's

A meager collection of Feinwerkbau Model 65's by some measurements but I enjoy my treasures. They are the short barreled "Beeman Mark II's", which I prefer. Look closely and you can see the grips on the target gun are made by Rink. I have the original FWB target grips but they are a bit small...

    Show your vintage airguns.

I'll post some pics of my 'vintage' pneumatic masterpieces later, but in the meantime here is a link to an old discussion about the proposed definitions of vintage, modern, and antique air guns. https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/americanvintageairguns/viewtopic.php?p=10590#p10590 For your...

How many have received damaged new guns from overseas orders?

I recently ordered some parts from Waffen-Center Gotha in Germany. It has been a while since the last time and the new payment method(s) leave something to be desired. The shipping starts with DHL, and once it reaches the States it is passed off to the USPS. But between them the small package...

    Share your printable Targets HERE

I use these. "A4" paper size (it is a European sized paper, available on Amazon) is helpful, but not required: http://www.craftygeek.co.uk/category/hobby/airgunning/ I like them because they have some reduced scale targets for short range.

Can you "wear out" a rubber mulch trap?

Until recently I used the cardboard box filled with rubber mulch and used blue masking tape to cover the shot-up cardboard. Decide to upgrade and built the box pictured below. I still cover the cardboard with tape as it begins to wear out. I have found that dumping the lead fouled mulch into a...

In high school I knew it all. Afterwards, when I found my calling, I discovered while moving up in responsibility that the more I learned, the more I realized how much I did not know.

    Which airgun(s) got you started?

My first airgun was an Air Arms Pro Elite in .22 cal. This was around 2002. I still recall the first time I shot it after sighting in the 6.5 x 20 Leupold, E.F.L., Air Gun Rated scope and taking out a crow sitting in a tree top at approximately 50 yards. He cartwheeled out of the tree, dead...

I'll be 66 on my next birthday and have reached "full retirement age" as far as Social Security goes. Still working full time. Started target shooting .22 rifles in 1965 at a summer camp, involved with the NRA marksmanship program. Made it as far as Expert in 1969 with a shooting club located...
