You get what you pay for ATP

The regulator I use for my Texan started to leak after helping me throw enough lead I didn't begrudge it. It was still under warranty, they were great, and I got it back faster than expected.

    Huma rebuild help

I have been trying to rebuild my reg for my marauder but am not having much success. It will set to a level and stay that way over night. When I shoot it down and refill it stops working and goes up to 3000. I really like this rifle. It has a TJ barrel, the hill kit and the port enlarged. When...

Which compressor in the $1,500 range?

Another thing a Texan rifle will kill is a yong heng. I am in the process taking parts of one to keep the second one going so it is time to look for an upgrade. Speed is not a priority. Some I have seen like a yong heng with a lot of bells and Wisels fastened on top. What I am looking for...

    Texan valve rebuild

I've been looking for instructions on how to drain the bottle and remove the valve so I can rebuild it. Any help would be apricated. Compared to the other brands I have worked on the texans seems like a waste land. I gave up on finding info on the trigger long ago .

My FX in 22 shooting with a rimfire.

I own an FX in 22. There is a serious 22 rimfire shooter at my range and I would like to ask this question. What do you think would be the distance the Vegas handicappers would spot me at 50yd to make it a contest? No slug claims please. I shoot pellets and yes we have wind.

Why you need you watch some old British guy tune his springer

I have a 257 Texan. I waited a year and a half to take it apart and treat the hammer system like they showed me how on my hw97, tx200. I felt dumb waiting so long. The hammer tension is no longer crap and the spread shrunk. I am looking at my new to me fx m3 and the first thing I am going to do...

    Texan 257 parts advice

I need the parts to go through my rifle. I have big drops in my speed every 5,7,8? shots. I used weighed, lubed and sized bullets down a polished barrel with an external regulator. So it seems to me I am down to a valve or hammer problem. Finding parts or upgrades is tuff Any line on parts or...

Tuning Diana 54 trigger sets itself

Often when I fire the rifle the trigger will set itself and I need to pull the trigger before cocking. It's clean not abused never misfired . I polished the internals including the trigger ,the rail is set properly , trigger is great and it is accurate .

    257 Texan barrel harmonics

I've gotten to the point working my way through the rifle lapping the barrel, adding a nice mad dog stock and working at improving my cast bullets. The limb saver seemed to be just a variable in the problem and might do better as a replacement for the Delran cap which is neither loose or tight...

    Bullet casting for 257 Texan

I have decided to cast bullets for my new 257 and have two questions. What hardness and bullet sizing. Casting is new to me as well as having a Texan so any help is appreciated. I have to say how impressed I am with the rifle so far.
