Thank you jarmstrong for the input. I ordered a Huma regulator some time back thinking I would go that route and have yet to install knowing this day would eventually come. The Huma came with a full set of o-rings. I guess it is time to install and go. 

I first noticed that my pressure was leaking down a little when it is topped off at 300bar. It always seamed to settle down after just a little bit without losing any more pressure but now it is going down a little too fast for me over time... I submerged in the pool and can see the bubbles...
