The OD is 14mm. Off the top of my head the ID is 12mm so it matches the rest of the barrel. Easy to measure yourself to make sure. I got away with 9.3mm though. I don't envisage removing the liner too often!

For the .25 Cal you can get away with a 9.3 inner diameter. Only problem is you trap the liner with the O rings. To assemble you fit the longer liner with O rings into the shorter 'barrel' then screw the extension down over the protruding liner. Make sure the last O ring is inside the barrel...

The FX website has clear diagrams for the different calibres and the number of factory fitted o rings. Check the Tables for your specific calibre

You may want to check your pellet probe seating distance. I assumed from the factory it would be set correctly but no. It was at 42mm. Nearly half the port was overlapped with the Txfr port. Odd thing is it only gave me 15 more fps when set correctly! See if accuracy inproves as the slugs will...

When I had my valve adjuster at the 4 ring or further out the fps didn't increase. I'm loathe to cut that spring as I feel at 4 it's doing little. It's also very noisy with the v2 spring if you don't have some damping.

Packing out the 'new' plenum spring should work. I tried it on a Brocock and it worked. You won't get the full benefit of using the v2 but worth a try. I'm on 165 bar. I wouldn't say the power level you have is technically a 'Lack of Power' though?😉

Hi, I have the exact setup as you. I shoot the 36.2 NSAs. Maxed out like you I was getting 915. I put a v2 hammer spring in and it went up to 940. You need to bring the valve adjuster in or it's very clangy on the hammer!!

Mine is in .25 but the mechanics are the same. Have you adjusted the hammer tension to just off binding on the wheel?

Which version of Impact do you have? I have a factory Mk2 Power Plenum gun and with everything maxed out (Hammer adjuster and valve on the 4 ring) it can handle the regulator up to it's max of 170bar. As soon as the valve adjuster is turned in the reg overpowers the hammer. (as you'd expect)
