we made one some time back when we had our U2, to get rid of the ping totally we needed to make slip rings for the H/S in the end it was not noticeable we are only 12lbft so loosing the volume in the plenum helped us but will have an affect if you going for big power

IMO everything is a bit more challenging when you are ltd to 12lbft everything has to be pretty spot on for them to shoot well at distance but it's great fun and very rewarding when it all goes to plan, i shoot at 50yrd most of the time and i try to get my guns shooting sub 1/2 in groups I do...

over here in the UK we sell the piston tool and the o ring fitting tool and 2 sets of o rings for $20.00 i thank they may be over charging in the US

This must be a high power thing, our one is spot on it is the MK3 reg but we have know creep issues at all it works a treat, we got the Krait as we had a katran and liked it, the Krait seems to be on a par with it. We only shoot at sub 12 power so the reg is at about 75bar with a 775 fps .177...

I love our U2 but the 1 shoots just as well, they are a very easy gun to shoot and very comfortable i went for the carbon but the green is nice good luck with whatever you get A pic of the carbon stock 😁

Nice job, we have done a bit with brass pistons and for sub 12 use we didn't see any benefit there was know disadvantage but know real improvement either this may be a different case in High power of course running much higher reg pressures, in sub 12 we have found to get the best out of the reg...
