Is the GEN 2 Gamo Whisper more powerful?

I think that's the right name. I currently have Gamo Whisperer GEN 1 and so far I didn't have any double pellets or jamming. Plus I'm surprised I shot a 21gr at about 640fps average. This is by far my favorite air rifle (I've bought about six). I know the GEN 2 has an improved 10 mag...

What does the red and green band means on Gamo rifles?

Another question, it has to say Magnum for it to be a magnum? I was shooting 25gr at about 460fos average. A magnum can do much more? Thanks for answering my newbie ue questions.

What does the red and green band means on Gamo rifles?

I just bought a GEN 1 Gamo Swarm Whisper and it has a green band. I really want a GEN 2 and return this one but it's sold out everywhere! Is red more powerful than green? And what is a magnum break barrel air rifle?

What do I need to do to maintain a hand pump?

Is there anything special necessary or will it just keep working?

Bad first stat with PCP air rile.

I actually want to get a hand pump now. I don't think it will be hard for me and I can fill my gun anytime I want. There's only one dive shop near me that can fill to 4500 psi. And I think it's an inconvenience. Does anyone want to buy my tank? It's brand new, has been filled only once...

Bad first stat with PCP air rile.

Ok, I think I understand. But what does it mean when the tank's advertising says that I can utilize every pound per square in the bottle? For a newbie, that sounds like the pressure in my rifle will keep increasing even if the tank drops 2000 psi 1500 psi 1000psi ... After my research in the...

Bad first stat with PCP air rile.

The tank has 2000 psi now. I did get it filled when I first got it because it only had 2000 psi. I shot the rifle down to a little over 100 with about 20 shots. I shot it down again to a little over 100 and refilled it. Each time it won't go past 150. The tank was part of the prize...

Bad first stat with PCP air rile.

For some reason, the adapter goes inside and the slide locks with no problem. I don't know what happened, I tried so hard earlier. Now, I have a new problem, I can't get the rifle to 220 bar. The needle seems to stop at 150. Should I keep the air going?

    I pushed... hard.

Bad first stat with PCP air rile.

I won a FX Wildcat from Airgun Depot but currently rate this experience 2 / 10 (it's a 2 because I shot with the fill that shipped with the gun and it shoots great!). First, it didn't come with an adapter so I can connect the portable tank to the fill probe. Not knowing anything about PCP...

New to PCP Air Rifles - FX Wildcat

Nope, this manual references different guns. It said for rifles with 12fpe or more, don't shoot below 100.

New to PCP Air Rifles - FX Wildcat

It had about 150 upon arrival (manual says don't shoot 100 or less) so I shot it. What surprised me most about my first PCP is little noise and zero recoil (at least it feels like zero next following gas piston). And I shot bullseye six times offhand at 25 yards right out the box. I'm waiting...

New to PCP Air Rifles - FX Wildcat

I'm the winner of the Airgun Depot grand prize FX Wildcat but don't know a thing about PCP rifles. So, a couple questions... 1) Is it really hard to hand pump PCP rifles (I'm a strong male that weighs about 195lbs)? 2) If an air rifle can be hand pumped, can I (or why can't I) use the air...

    I don't understand accuracy.

I get one pellet hitting dead on and then I shoot a different pellet and it's 4 inches to the right and up. How can two pellets shoot so differently? Does this mean I set my scope to shoot one pellet accurately and whenever I change pellets, I have to sight the scope all over again? Or...
