    3D printer guys who’ve used 30mm to 1” inserts, before I buy

If they are 3D printed I would question the accuracy of the fit to both the scope and the 30mm ring.

    2.5" Wilkins pellet pouch

I've got the the 3-1/2" Wilkins and really like it. I usually dump about a 1/2 tin of .177 pellets into it. It's big enough to easily get my big fingers into it and retrieve pellets even when the level gets low. It's a well made pouch and I don't regret buying it.

Primos Trigger Stick Gen3 Bipod modifications

I had a plate laser cut and clamped it to the legs with 5/8" clamps to keep the plate from sliding while still allowing me to adjust height. With the plate snugged up tight to the head it keeps the head from wanting to cock just as I shoot. A simple plate with drilled holes will work also.

A little thought experiment on classes (good vibes only)

That's what I used to shoot. We also are only allowed a monopod, not fixed to the gun, to shoot from in hunter class. I've recently moved up to open which allows range finders and you don't have to shoot positionals. My knees don't like the kneeling position due to unwise decisions made in years...

I purchased the Vortex torque wrench and like it for my scopes

A little thought experiment on classes (good vibes only)

What I suggested was not allowing parallax adjustment for range finding. You can still adjust parallax to clean up the fuzzys. The graduations on the parallax knob would be covered

    Anybody own a Liberty Safe?

If the authorities want into your safe, legally, they are getting in. The only questions are "Do you want to be able to use the safe after? and What kind of mess do you want to clean up?".

A little thought experiment on classes (good vibes only)

Making "open" class as suggested would do a few things: keep people with mobility issues coming out as forced positions aren't as much of an issue, give the guys with the high $ scopes a home as they don't need a rangefinder anyway. You should keep "hunter" class but restrict the scopes to 16X...

Do-All Quadrant target (don't do it)

Laser cutting is a whole lot more precise and saves a lot of fitting time. Plus you can do some detailed profiles. Then it's just a matter of welding things in the proper positions. I try and bank my laser cutting until I have enough to make it worthwhile. Usually that means tagging it onto...

Do-All Quadrant target (don't do it)

I made them. I shoot field target and the 1/10 scale targets were just too large to shoot from a FT position so I made them 1/20 scale. I also made some 1/10 scale swingers but out of 1/4" material for shooting at with over 20fpe guns

Do-All Quadrant target (don't do it)

Most times I like putting my racks of 1/20 scale silhouettes out from 30 to 55 yards to plink at. The 3/16" blade at the end gets challenging past 40 yards lol

Do-All Quadrant target (don't do it)

We made 10 sets for the first run because the laser cutting was cheaper and sold what we didn't want for ourselves. I design and build targets for the sole purpose of having them for my friends and I to shoot. There isn't a lot of profit to be had to make building the targets worthwhile. I have...

    Daystate Redwolf bottle threads ?

I don’t remember any adapter. When I put the 700cc bottle on I just bled off the pressure by cracking the foster fitting then unscrewed the old bottle and screwed on the new one.

Are we doing hunter class wrong?

I think shooting the UK rules would be interesting. Here in Canada the Hunter class is as follows: - 16X max magnification used, can be turned down for standing if desired and returned to 16X - no ranging with parallax, parallax graduations need to be covered - parallax can be adjusted for...

Are we doing hunter class wrong?

You can leave Hunter class scopes at 16X max usable magnification but eliminate the use of parallax for ranging. This would eliminate the need for higher end scopes. Shooters would be required to eyeball the target and guestimate the range. This puts a lot of the skill required back on the...
