I removed the set crews completely... and have taken to the action with sand paper to try and remove anything that may be there... I'll get some more o-rings tomorrow and try again... thanks for the help

Hi guys... so this is really ^*%$#@ me off. I can't seam to put my barrel in place without tearing up the breach side barrel o-ring. I have used 8mm x 1.5mm replacement o-rings, I lube the rings with silicone grease and slide it in as gently as possible... only to find it still leaks and once...

I would think If the bt-65 uses aluminium then there would have to be a way to use it for the at 44-10 as well... anyone have any suggestions?

Use a bottle brush... The kind you clean baby bottles with... use a length of cord on it to aid in removal ( make sure you have it on the fill side or it will get in the valve) I did this to mine and it is totally effective... no ping at all
