I lost a Leupold on my ASP20, it was mounted with standard rings. Leupold stood by their warranty claim and repaired it. That said, I retired it from Springer service and have it mounted on one of my powder burners.
Springers for me please. I’m not a hunter, so power is not important. Besides I’m lazy, and hate having to walk 75 yards to set up a new target, when a target set at 25 to 40 yds is just as much fun
I do like the open sights and comb profile. I’ve been looking at that model in 22 for a long while. It will be my next purchase, but expensive it is for sure.
In Steve’s review of the Edgun Matador R5M he mentioned that you could scan the QR code on the gun and download the operators manual. I did so, and only found it written in Russian. Anyone find same written in English?
Just to complete the thread...As some here have mentioned, the lock up was lubricated and the rifle now closes smoothly, even better than when new. Trigger is much better too. Consistent 1st stage travel followed by a clean break.
