Really nice rig. That is a cool looking lathe setup you have there. Never seen one like that. Got any details on it? Did you build it yourself? Thx Ray

    How to find RATS?

Just spoke with my father in law. He has a riding mower that a rat has chewed the top of the 12v battery all down one side into the area where the acid is. Why would a rat do that? Ray

    Adding water inside your CS4?

Would be super nice if someone would do a complete break-down rebuild video from start to finish so we could all benefit from their knowledge. Ray

    Adding water inside your CS4?

Glad it's not rust. Does anybody know where there might be a parts break down or diagram of the CS4? Would be nice to know where stuff goes if you ever need to work on it. Thx Ray

    Adding water inside your CS4?

Great pics of the inner workings. Can I ask sir, is the connecting rod in your CS4 steel or aluminum? Reason I ask is in the pics it would seem to be covered with a slight coating of rust. Is that what I'm seeing or is the rod just that color from the factory? Thx Ray

    How to find RATS?

I have a cheap homebuilt IR NV unit I plan to use. Shouldn't need a red light. Curious where you find a red led flood light for the whole back yard. How long does it take for them to show up with PB? Anybody have luck getting pictures of them on your bait with a game camera? Thx Ray

    How to find RATS?

I've read a bunch of posts about ratting. I understand the airgun , light, and bait for the job but don't see much info on the "WHERE". How do you go about locating them? What do you look for? Years ago I put out bait in front of a trail cam and the bait would be gone the next day but no rat or...

    Crosman 1377 Mods

If you like to tinker and are confident with it the 1377 can be a master learning class on how airguns work. They along with their 2240 co2 cousin are the lego guns of the crosman line. But like the other member stated above, you can spend a ton of money on a $60 pistol. I read somewhere that a...

The Grease cup on the GX CS4 is crap.......

Glad this worked for you. I had wondered if a thin plastic piece would work like the other posters aluminum disc. I was thinking either plastic from a milk jug or maybe the top off a pringles chip can. How thick was your plastic and how big of a hole did you put in the center? Thx Ray

The Grease cup on the GX CS4 is crap.......

That is a great idea. You used the o-ring as sort of a frame or stabilizer for the rubber disc to help keep it from folding up and getting twisted inside the cup. Could you use a regular round o-ring instead of the X ? Thx Ray

The Grease cup on the GX CS4 is crap.......

Without some kind of one way valve, wouldn't the grease pot be subjected to the pressure of the pump? And doesn't it seem to be counter productive to have to turn a screw to add grease if in fact the pump is "sucking" it into the works on its own while pumping? Also since the grease pot is...
