I remember years ago laminate stocks were considered nothing special....scrap wood glued to make a plank to make a stock. Lower cost to walnut. Go figure. 

Does anyone else have a hard time swallowing the difference in price between a synetheic stock and a laminate? $400. Kills me when a decent Boyd's is $150. Wonder if they could offer them?

Well I pick the Rifle back up before it shipped. --not glue on gauge-- Mag has issues I can feel the bolt probe drag across it.If I slightly change the index its fine.Email is off to AOA. If they come through I will keep her. Going back to AD. AoA repair Dept. is sure the Huma gauge is glue...

Ya no sticker just goo...cloudy after removed goo. Surface rough. Each Mag click indexes to each location off center as pictured. Thanks for all the input! The magazine system "was" very appealing to me over most. I hated the FX system. The new crown mag looks ok.

The face of the gauge had some sticky goo on it that left the plastic Lenses rough and cloudy from the outside.

Kinda interesting the rifle came out of Airgun Depot Utah. Return is to Pyrmaid Air Ohio. 30min Away for me. But Does me no good as will call is closed.covid......

It appears the pawl in the magazine stops the rotation of the drum and this dictates the alignment . At least This is how it appears to me. I did click it into other positions with same results. Un loaded though. Pellets in it would change things?If there's more to it I love me some...
